-We do not allow pets at all.
-Smoking is absolutely not permitted in or around the premises.
****Please follow these rules or a penalty of $25 will be charged for each incident.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to two (2) persons. The maximum number of visitors is limited to four (4) persons. An additional charge of $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to two (2) will be assessed. For children 8 years old and younger an additional charge is $5.00 per child per night when using equipment provided by landlord. No parties (visitors are fine and gatherings are okay, but no parties with more than six (6) people)
Never use the drive way in front of our house. It’s our neighbor’s garage.
When opening up the windows please be sure to close them when it’s raining and if you leave the property
Please let us know if there is something wrong with anything in the apartment. We would rather fix ASAP than too late. ;)
