McCoy Rentals is a privately held company. We rent to I U Students. We have 8 very nice 3 BR Townhouses located on the N. Side of Campus. We allso have 9 nice large 2 BR Units aprox. 4 or 5 blocks from the I U Law School. We have 2 1 BR Buildings on the North side of campus. One Bldg. has 12 Large Units and the other 8 nice size Units.
On the South Side of Campus we have 4 efficiencies which are near Bryan Park. We also have a house on the East side which is a two Bedroom.
