We are searching for a roommate for next semester. The room will be available from January until July, and eventually for the next academic year too.
The house is located right in front of Mackey Arena and it's 2 minutes walk to Armstrong, 10 minutes walk to campus bars.
The house has a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living rooms, three large bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry with washing machine and dryer, big garden, garage and outdoor parking spots, and a large basement where we set up a gym (treadmill, power tower, two bench press, shoulder press and several weights).
The rent is 400$ per month per person. The utilities (water, electricity, gas, trash, and internet) are around 60$ per month per person.
