Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom, pet friendly, perfect for graduate students looking to experience the joys of hip downtown living. Master bedroom is gorgeous, second bedroom spacious. Plenty of closet space. Newly remodeled bathroom and kitchen which we love cooking in, fresh paint all round soothing blue/gray tone, washer/dryer in hallway, patio space in the back and front, plenty of parking. Utilities average less than $100 a month. Great neighbors who are so helpful and also hands off. Our dog ran away one day and the neighbors found him while we were at work and kept him for the day until we could get back from work.The Tippecanoe Library is right across the street so its very convenient, especially for students. In the summertime, we have enjoyed walking two blocks to enjoy the Moseys, Dancing in the Streets, Jazz Festival, and other events. The neighborhood association is active and very helpful. The 9th street hill is around the corner and provides beautiful walking in the evenings and weekends. Very close to Purdue and trolley/bus lines, 10 minutes to hospitals, mall, and I-65. We've loved living in this cozy, spacious apartment.
