I've lived here over 5 years. It's the longest I stayed in an apartment without any problem. I have to terminate my lease early because I'm building a house and it will be ready before my lease ends. This is not a sublease so the apartment will be cleaned and be ready for you by the apartment management. I just need to find someone interested in this unit to terminate my lease early.
It will be available December 2013.
It's quiet community and conveniently located. Close to everything from shopping, post office, restaurants, Purdue and etc.
