This house is very close to Purdue University and shopping center, such as Walmart, Meijer, Menards, etc.
House will be available after June 2. Now is the time for you to reserve your 2014 fall/2015 spring semester housing.
Rent will be $350/person/month plus utility.
If you and your friends come together and sign the lease together for one year, you together will get $50 discount per month and total rent will be $1000/month plus utility.
Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, thus other members will not bother you.
There is a half bath down stair in the living room/family room for your guest to use.
There is a big kitchen room and dining area for your food preparing. All appliance (range/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, etc) are ready for your use.
Washer and dryer in house (first floor) for your use.
There is a citybus line (free for Purdue students) 4B from Purdue University to this community from 6am to 11pm.
You only need to pay electricity and heating bill, while water, sewer, trash and lawn care are all included in this rent.
Security deposit $1000 (per house hold) or $350 (per person) is needed, no pets allowed.
12-months lease minimum. If you plan stay there longer, 2 year lease will get 3% discount, 3 year lease will get 5% discount.
