-Smoking is absolutely not permitted in or around the premises. !
****Please follow these rules or a penalty of $25 will be charged for each incident.!

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of overnight guests is limited to two (2) persons. An additional charge of $10.00 per person per night for guests in addition to two (2) will be assessed. For children 8 years old and younger an additional charge is $5.00 per child per night. The maximum number of visitors is limited to four (4) persons.!
- No parties (visitors are fine and gatherings are okay, but no parties with more than six (6) people)!
- Never use the drive way in front of our house. It’s our neighbor’s garage. !
- When opening up the windows please be sure to close them when it’s raining and if you leave the property!
- Please let us know if there is something wrong with anything in the apartment. We would rather fix ASAP than too late. ;)!
