I am seeking someone to share a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that is fully furnished. You will have your own bedroom and private bathroom. I have lived in this apartment for the last 5 years and so have done it up very well.
This apartment is very unique in that it has a beautiful and spacious patio that overlooks the Wabash. This is my favorite spot for just chilling/ BBQing with friends/ curling up with a book/ being contemplative etc. Only 4 apartments in the entire complex have this feature and I have not seen any other apartment in the Greater Lafayette area that has something close to this!
The other awesome thing about this apartment is its location. Consider walking to Purdue buildings in 12 mins/ walking up to Chauncey in 12 mins and Lafayette Downtown in 15!! So yup, you don't need a car, and if you have one, think about the gas you can save!
Not a fan of walking? No problem! The Happy hollow bus services this route every 30 mins!
Of course you can use your car and park it right in front of the patio (see picture).
