1 bedroom with a private bathroom in a 4 bed 4 bath furnished apartment.
-> Clubhouse : gym, table tennis, other indoor games, and parcel pending service. Free black and white printing. Most of the time you need to get your own paper.
->Rent payment and maintenance requests are done via an online portal. Even on weekends one can call and request for urgent maintenance.
->The apartment is on the first floor (the one above the ground floor).
->The kitchen contains an electric resistive stove, microwave, oven, dishwasher, and refrigerator. A mattress is available in each bedroom. The washing machine and dryer are also inside the apartment. It also has centralized electric heating and cooling. Temperature can be set using a digital thermostat. Smoke detectors are installed in each room. There is no shortage of parking space however only open car parking space is available.
->The apartment is managed by Granite Student Living.
->3 miles from Purdue Memorial Union by road in the North West direction. 10 to 20 minutes (by bus) on a working day to reach anywhere on campus. Two buses provide their services to this apartment 35 and 4B. During holidays and vacation 4B comes to this place from morning to evening at a frequency of 30 minutes to 1 hour. 35 is free for residents of The Quarters and 4B is free for people either working or studying at the University.
The monthly rent for this apartment is)
$ 399 (monthly rent) + $ 25 (clubhouse facilities charge + water+ trash removal + internet fee) + $ 10 (for mandatory renters’ insurance) = $ 434 per month
The bill for electricity is paid separately. It is provided by Duke Energy and depends on the amount of usage, ($40 to $80 per person per month).
