Due to two out of state internships, I'm looking to find someone to take over my lease for Aug 2015-Aug 2016. The house is a 7 bedroom house, 2.5 bathrooms,8 parking spots. It's on the corner of Albert and Bailey, so one block away from campus. All of the girls in the house are my best friends, super nice, school oriented, but like to go out. It's fully furnished already except your room. Rent is $670 p month not including utilities. A couple of the girls lived In the house this past year and said utilities were pretty cheap from splitting it 7 ways..around $50 per month. They recently put hardwood floors in, and updated some appliances and bathrooms. The move in date would be August 13th Any other questions please text me or call after 5pm!
