Offers easy access to I-5 for those commuting to downtown Seattle. There are private entrances to this unit from both the front and backyard. Great access to bus lines. There is even a small backyard if you enjoy a little gardening or having friends over for a barbecue. This is a non-smoking facility. We request first month's rent and deposit and a require credit check, with fee. We prefer no pets, but we would be open to discussion of one small house-trained cat and we would charge an additional monthly pet fee.
