We are two sisters looking for a roommate for our extra room available in a shared two bedroom apartment. The view is great and the location is very walk-able to buses, restaurants and the University of Washington campus.
Building Details
University Place Condominiums is 3-story apartment building with 12 units. Many of the units are rented to UW students, but many are inhabited by their owners as well. Restaurants, banks, and shopping are less than a 15-minute walk away. Bus lines on 25th Ave provide easy access to UW and downtown Seattle. You can also walk 12-15 mins to UW. Street parking is readily available in front of the building with a parking permit which is offered to residents by the city of Seattle. Non-permit parking is also available just around the corner.
About Us
My sister and I have been living in this apartment since I joined her at the UW in the fall of 2012. We both graduated from UW a few years ago and just never left. Needless to say, we know the area well and would be happy to show you around. We would love a roommate who is open to hang out and be nerdy with us, but we understand if you like your space too.
