All three bedrooms are 9 feet by 9 feet, making it easy to fit a queen size bed, a desk, dresser, or whatever else you may want. It is close to campus, but in a quiet area that allows for a good nights sleep. There are already two girls renting a room here for next year (fall 2020-spring 2021) so the move in date would be for the 2020-2021 academic school year. We would love to have a third roommate for the next school year.
